A couple of weeks ago, I left work early, took the MAX down to the Rose Quarter, and shot a roll of photos with my Trip 35. I really like how some of these came out.

Two young people sitting by the Willamette River in Portland, Oregon, viewed through a railing, with the girl looking back over her shoulder.

This first one of a young woman looking back while she and the guy she’s with sit on the wrong side of the fence over the Willamette River might be one of my favorite photos I’ve taken.

Cyclist riding through South Waterfront Park in Portland, Oregon, with the Steel Bridge in the background.
View of the Hawthorne Bridge from a tree-lined path along the Willamette River in Portland, Oregon, with the word ‘TOASTED’ spray-painted on the railing and scattered autumn leaves on the ground.
A young woman grabbing the backpack of a guy she’s with as they walk through a park in Portland, Oregon, near a fountain, with autumn trees in the background.
Group of people walking along a tree-lined path by a fenced building near the river in Portland, Oregon.
The US Bancorp Tower in the background, with an American flag flying above a red brick building and tree-lined street in Portland, Oregon.
